900T/D alkali recovery black liquor evaporation station upgrading and reconstruction project of Tianzhang paper in Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock achieved the design capacity smoothly

Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock as leading enterprise in domestic papermaking industry always walks in the forefront of the industry in black liquor treatment process. 900T alkali recovery black liquor evaporation station upgrading and reconstruction project of the subordinate company Tianzhang Paper was responsible by Shengpute Technology in process design and equipment manufacture&supply. 2500㎡ evaporation area newly increased in the project was fed successfully once time on Dec.3rd, 2018 and achieved the design capacity smoothly. After upgrading and reconstruction, the evaporation capacity achieved 120t/h and thick solid content outlet was 70%, which met client requirement of increasing capacity and efficiency, achieving desired result.
