MVR Evaporator

Product Overview

Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator takes advantage of secondary steam generated from evaporator, then compressed by compressor to raise pressure and temperature ,which will be delivered to heater to act as hot steam (heat source) to maintain liquid bolling, condensate water is produced during heat exchanging. Meanwhile, the secondary steam, which was to be discharged and cooled, is fully utilized to recover latent heat and improve heat efficiency.Reducing requirement of heating and cooling resource from outside, reducing power consumption and pollution.

Product Characteristics

It is adopted in concentration/crystallization in milk, sugar, juice jam, VC, organic acids, inorganic salts, pharmaceutical,chemical,bioengineering, environmental engineering, waste liquor recovery, papermaking, salt production and other industries, especially for materials with low boiling point or evaporable material.

MVR plate type fallng film evaporator has been widely applied on waste water pre-concentration stage of chemical mechanical pulp in papermaking, evaporation capacity of single equipment could be 200t/h, power consumption for one ton water is 18KW;Eco-nomic benefit is considerable.
